Autotask Data Centre Migration - Action Required

Kaseya is migrating Autotask to a new Sydney data centre on 22 April 2026, starting at 1:00 AM AEST with an expected completion by 4:00 AM AEST.

This is a Kaseya-managed migration - your ZenContract data is unaffected.

What this means for you

Once your Autotask account is live in Sydney, your ZenContract integration may need to be reconnected. This is a quick, one-step fix:

  1. Go to Settings in ZenContract
  2. Re-save your Autotask credentials

That’s it - everything will continue working as normal.
